About Us

Awarded by

Our commitment to excellence

Our commitment to constantly trying to improve what we do and our desire to be the best has led to us being awarded the customer service award 3 years running in 2013, 2014 and again in 2015.

These awards are decided purely through customer feedback and as such is one we are immensely proud of!

The Sport Orthotics team have a wealth of experience in orthotics and biomechanics and have collectively over 25 years experience in both the NHS and private practice.

Sport Orthotics was started 8 years ago and began life as part of ATHelite running and triathlon store in Hamilton, South Lanarkshire near Glasgow. This has now expanded into our newest clinic in the Heart of Glasgow city centre.

Given the background of the team it is of no surprise that they are the preferred orthotic providers of a large number of running clubs, SPL and SFL football teams, rugby clubs and other professional sportsmen.

We see people of all levels of activity from the professional athelite to people simply wishing to be a little more comfortable in their daily activities.

Our Orthotic lab

The Sport Orthotics team of clinicians have previously used a variety of orthotic manufacturers  to supply their orthotics wih varying success. When Sport Orthotics was set up 8 years ago, a conscious decision was made to ensure the quality of the orthotics supplied was to be the best in the country.

As such the dedicated on-site orthotic lab was born and also the concept that the clinicians themselves would manufacture the orthotics for their patients, whilst patients were in their clinic.

The quality of the orthotics we produce are so well respected that other Orthotists and Podiatrists from other private orthotic clinics use us to manufacture orthotics on their behalf.

If you are a clinician looking for us to manufacture orthotics for you please click here for our online ordering page

We also have a UK wide repair service where patients and clinicians across the UK send thier orthotics to us to have them repaired and copied. The demand was so great that our other website was born.
